Please put a down payment down for your custom order to hold your place in line with details of what you are wanting made.

$45 fee for sketch up front for large items.

Please note that all custom work is final sale.
If the custom item has any errors due to the maker, the item may be returned/remade.

If the error is lack of communication/detail on the purchasers behalf, there is no refund. You will have to re purchase the item. This is in protection of my time and material. Items are customized and cannot be re sold in my shop, that is why the regulation.
